Bassam Ghabach, MD

Bassam received his medical degree from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon and completed Internal Medicine Residency at Kansas University and Medical Oncology Fellowship at Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans.

He was Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology, where he led the lung cancer program for 5 years and was associate program director for the fellowship training program.

He is currently Medical Director of the JPS Center for Cancer Care in Fort Worth, Texas  where he oversees Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Survivorship Clinic, and Palliative Care.

He has special interest in social determinants of health and application of new technology to reduce healthcare cost and improve outcomes.
